Most automation work is sold by people who don't do it. Most platforms are built by people who haven't lived inside a finance team at month-end, or a sales team on a Monday morning, or a kitchen at Friday service. We have. We try to write code that respects that.
We're not a Zapier shop and we're not a dev agency. We sit between — small enough to actually ship the thing, technical enough to handle the bits a citizen-developer can't, opinionated enough to push back when an idea is a bad one. Most of our work falls into one of five shapes: workflow rebuilds, AI features with guardrails, internal tools, integrations, and the two-week audit sprint that sometimes precedes them.
We work fixed-scope and fixed-price. We work in your GitHub, your Slack, your stack. We don't sell licences or markups. When we're done you keep everything — code, documentation, runbooks, and the team that knows how to run it.
